Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our web server (hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) automatically records the following data in server log files:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of the request
URL of the requested page
HTTP status code and transferred data volume
Referring URL (if applicable)
Browser type and operating system

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring IT security and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.

Email Address (Waitlist / "Notify Me")

If you submit your email address via the "Notify Me" form, we store it solely to inform you when membership becomes available. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@plasticademy.online. We do not share your email with third parties.

Member Login

Authentication is performed client-side. No account credentials are transmitted to or stored on our servers as part of the current prototype. When a full membership system is implemented, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Third-Party Services

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When a page is loaded, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers, transmitting your IP address. Stripe

This website embeds Stripe's JavaScript library (Stripe, Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) to facilitate future payment processing. Loading this script may transfer your IP address to Stripe's servers. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a payment infrastructure). Hosting (IONOS SE)

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes server log data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the site to function correctly. These cookies do not track your behaviour across websites and do not require consent under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested via the cookie banner.
